By requesting a quotation, accepting a sample or confirming an order with Jinan Yoker Auto Parts ("Jinan Yoker", "we"), the buyer ("you") agrees to these terms. Where a signed proforma invoice or sales contract states different conditions, that document prevails for the order it covers.
Section 01
Scope of Services
Jinan Yoker supplies aftermarket and OE-replacement auto parts from Jinan, China, developed in-house and produced with large partner factories, together with OEM/ODM services for distributors and brand owners.
- 1.1Product lines. These terms apply to:
- Brake discs and brake drums
- Wheel rims and hubs, cast aluminium and one-piece forged
- Cooling radiators (aluminium, tube-and-fin core)
- Air conditioning condensers
- Electronic fans and accessories
- 1.2OEM/ODM supply. Condensers can be supplied under the RCAP brand or the buyer's OEM brand. Wheel size, colour, finish and PCD/ET/CB can be made to the buyer's specification.
- 1.3Buyer-supplied branding. When you ask us to apply your trademark, logo or packaging design, you confirm that you hold the right to use it in the destination market.

Section 02
Quotations & Order Confirmation
A quotation is issued within 24 hours of a complete request, and an order becomes binding only when both parties confirm a proforma invoice listing part numbers, quantities, price and delivery terms.
- 2.1Request details. Requests may be sent by phone, email or online message and should include the vehicle model and year, OE number, specification and quantity.
- 2.2Validity. Each quotation states its own validity period. Prices may be revised after that date or if the confirmed quantity or specification changes.
- 2.3Minimum order quantity. MOQ is stated per product line, for example 10 pcs for condensers. Radiator MOQ is negotiable, and selected wheel models start from 80 pcs.
- 2.4Changes and cancellation. Changes to a confirmed order must be agreed in writing. Costs already incurred for custom specifications, moulds or branded packaging may be charged to the buyer.
Key clause: fitment is matched to the data you provide
We match parts by the OE number, vehicle model and year, and for wheels by PCD, ET and CB. Please check these values before you confirm the proforma invoice. The confirmed values are the reference for acceptance and any claim.
Section 03
Sample Policy
Jinan Yoker provides free samples so buyers can verify fitment and quality before a bulk order. The sample and freight arrangement is confirmed with each quotation.
- 3.1Eligibility. Free samples are offered against a specific purchase request. Sample quantity per part number is agreed case by case.
- 3.2Freight. Who pays international courier charges is stated in the quotation.
- 3.3Approved sample. A sample you approve in writing becomes the quality reference for the bulk order of that part number.
- 3.4Custom samples. Samples with custom sizes, finishes or buyer branding may involve tooling or set-up costs, which are quoted in advance.
Section 04
Payment
The payment method, currency, deposit and balance schedule for each order are set out in its proforma invoice. Production or stock allocation starts once the agreed payment is received.
- 4.1Payment terms. Payment terms are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice.
- 4.2Bank charges. Each party pays the bank charges arising on its own side unless agreed otherwise.
- 4.3Late payment. If an agreed payment is overdue, we may postpone production or shipment, and the delivery date moves by the same period.

We send bank details only on the proforma invoice from our official email cathyzhao@jnyoker.com. If you get a message about changed bank details, check by phone or WhatsApp before you send any payment.
Section 05
Delivery & Shipping
Orders ship from stock or new production in export-standard packaging to destinations worldwide. A/C condensers have a standard lead time of 7 days, and other lead times are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
- 5.1Lead time. Lead time runs from receipt of the agreed payment and final approval of the specification, artwork and samples.
- 5.2Trade terms. The Incoterms rule, port of loading and destination are stated on the proforma invoice, and risk passes to the buyer under that rule.
- 5.3Packaging. Goods are packed to export standard. Buyer-branded packaging or labelling must be confirmed before production.
- 5.4Export documents. We provide the commercial invoice and packing list, with China as country of origin. Product certificates are provided where the model holds them, for example ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF-16949 for brake discs, and VIA, TUV, DOT or CE for wheels, depending on the model.
- 5.5Import duties. Duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless the trade term says otherwise.
Section 06
Quality Inspection & Acceptance
Every order is inspected at each stage of production and logged in our quality traceability system before shipment. You accept the goods by checking them against the confirmed specification when they arrive.

- CNC machining & raw material controlQuality is controlled from development onward, starting with incoming materials.
- Pressure and thermal testingA/C condensers are tested for pressure resistance and thermal performance.
- Batch traceabilityEach batch can be traced, so any claim can be checked against production records.
- 6.1Pre-shipment inspection. You or a third-party inspector you appoint may inspect goods at our facility before loading, provided the date is agreed in advance.
- 6.2Arrival check. Check quantity, packaging and visible condition when the goods arrive, and report shortages or transit damage within the period stated on the proforma invoice.
- 6.3Supporting evidence. A claim should include the order number, part number, batch marking, quantity affected, and clear photos or video.
- 6.4Remedy. Confirmed non-conforming goods will be replaced, credited against the next order or refunded, by agreement between the parties.
Section 07
Warranty
Cooling radiators supplied by Jinan Yoker carry a 12-month warranty against leaks and failures caused by manufacturing defects. Warranty terms for other product lines are stated on the proforma invoice.
12months
Radiator warranty covers aluminium tube-and-fin cores and tanks against leaks and functional failure under normal use. It also covers heavy-truck applications such as Volvo VNL/VNM and Mack Vision/Granite.
- 7.1Warranty period. The radiator warranty runs for 12 months from the delivery date shown on the shipping documents.
- 7.2Exclusions. The warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation or use on a vehicle other than the confirmed application
- Wrong or contaminated coolant, accident damage or modification
- Normal wear of friction parts such as brake discs and drums
- Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
- 7.3Claims. Send warranty claims with the evidence listed in clause 6.3. Defective parts may need to be returned or kept available for inspection.
Section 08
First-Order Discount
New customers get a 10% discount on their first confirmed order with Jinan Yoker, subject to the conditions below.
Key clause: 10% off the first order, shown on the proforma invoice
The discount applies only if it is listed as a line item on the first proforma invoice. It cannot be added after payment.
- 8.1Who qualifies. A buyer with no earlier confirmed order with Jinan Yoker. Each company can use the discount once.
- 8.2What it covers. The discount applies to the product value of the first order. Freight, insurance, samples and tooling are excluded.
- 8.3Combining offers. The discount cannot be combined with other promotional pricing unless agreed in writing.
- 8.4Changes. We may amend or end this offer for future quotations. Proforma invoices already confirmed are not affected.
Section 09
Limitation of Liability
Jinan Yoker's total liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- 9.1Indirect loss. We are not liable for lost profit, lost business, labour or downtime costs, or third-party claims arising from the use of the goods.
- 9.2Installation. Brake, cooling and wheel parts are safety-relevant and must be installed by qualified technicians following the vehicle maker's procedures.
- 9.3Market compliance. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the goods and their certificates meet the regulations of the destination market.
- 9.4Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, port closures or government action. The affected party will notify the other without delay.
Section 10
Governing Law
These terms and every order under them are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are settled first by good-faith negotiation.
- 10.1Negotiation first. Either party may raise a dispute in writing, and both parties will try to resolve it through direct negotiation.
- 10.2Jurisdiction. If negotiation fails, the dispute goes to the competent court where Jinan Yoker is registered in Jinan, Shandong Province, unless a signed contract names another forum.
- 10.3Language and updates. The English version of these terms prevails. We may update this page, and the edition in force when a proforma invoice is confirmed applies to that order.
